I've learned to always love the inner beauty, because that's what makes outer beauty even better. Loving yourself makes you beautiful.
I think I'm beautiful, but sometimes I do lose that fact because I've had 2 babies and my body isn't the same as it used to be.
I've been through a lot of hard times, but I've stayed strong and found the light at the end of the tunnel. After my grandma passed away, I suffered from severe depression and cutting. Then I met my husband and he helped me love myself again.
I advise women to always look to your heart and remember beauty comes from the inside.
